Wood-fired pizza without needing a rolled dome. Built from a large-diameter steel pipe section mounted horizontally on welded legs, with a firebrick cooking floor and a chimney flue — same barrel/pipe fabrication method as our smokers, just cut, lined, and welded, no formed sheet metal.
